I will communicate with borrowers before the appointment and will arrive at appointments on time. I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents, scan back as requested, and drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finsihed by 4PM. I am confident in my ability to walk borrowers through loan documents, making sure they write legibly and initial where needed. I will ensure that all documents are completely filled and that no signatures are missed. I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign, provide legal advice, or print documents double-sided. I will notarize at the signing. If I have a question about a document, I will not hesitate to call to ensure the document is signed/notarized correctly.
