LINDA LUSTRI

My name is Linda Lustri, and I am a seasoned notary signing agent with over 25 years of experience and more than 10,000 successful closings. Based in Naples, Florida, I operate through Cardinal Signing Service LLC and bring a strong background in the title insurance industry to every appointment. I am commissioned in Florida, Maryland, and Delaware and maintain current NNA certification and background screening.

I regularly handle purchases, refinances, HELOCs, commercial properties, and reverse mortgages. From October through May, I am closing in Naples, Florida, and from June through September, I am available in Ocean City, Maryland. Closings are truly a passion of mine, and I take pride in making each signing thorough, professional, and as stress-free as possible for every signer.
