Lisa J Gilliam

I’m Lisa J Gilliam, a notary public serving Hallowell, Maine and the surrounding Randolph area through the City of Hallowell Clerk’s office. My work is rooted in helping residents and local visitors handle important documents with a professional, friendly, and organized approach.

In addition to notary public services, my office supports a range of municipal needs, including vital records, municipal licenses, and retail-related services. I understand that many of these requests are time-sensitive or connected to important personal, business, or civic matters, so I aim to make each interaction clear, respectful, and efficient.

Whether you need notary assistance or help navigating city clerk services, I’m committed to providing dependable support for the Hallowell community and nearby Randolph area.
