My name is Lisa Joy Phillips, owner of Joyful Signings LLC, a highly rated traveling notary service based in Philadelphia, PA. With over 500 five-star reviews, I proudly serve Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs as a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public (Commission #1409348, exp. 10/15/2029).

I provide prompt, professional mobile notarization, bringing a mobile scanner to every appointment so your executed documents can be scanned and returned quickly from the table. I am trained in real estate and mortgage documents and am available to handle a wide range of notarial needs, including wills, trusts and estate documents, powers of attorney, health care documents, pension plan documents, adoption documents, passport for minor documents, affidavits, I-9 verifications, applications, copy certifications, school paperwork, and hospital signings.

Known for strong communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care, I offer flexible, often 24-hour service supported by email, internet, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot to help ensure smooth, accurate signings.
