Lisa Palumbo

My name is Lisa Palumbo, and I am the owner of Palumbo Notary Services LLC, a mobile notary service based in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania. As a commissioned Pennsylvania notary public (commission valid through 2029), I bring years of hands-on experience to every appointment, focusing on professionalism, accuracy, and a smooth signing experience wherever you are.

I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, senior living facilities, and other convenient locations to handle a wide range of notarial needs, including affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, loan signings, estate planning documents, and real estate-related paperwork. My goal is to ensure clarity, compliance, and efficiency so your documents are executed correctly and with confidence.

Key services include:

• Powers of attorney, living trusts, and legal or financial affidavits
• Business forms or contracts, bills of sale, and car titles
• Parental consent for travel, apostille facilitation, and general mobile notarization

I pride myself on punctuality, thoroughness, and a client-centered approach, supporting both individuals and professionals with integrity and ease.
