Lisa Ravenscroft

I’m Lisa Ravenscroft, an active Alaska commissioned notary based in Homer, AK with Kachemak Bay Title. I support clients throughout the Kenai Peninsula with a friendly, professional approach and a strong familiarity with documents connected to title and escrow work.

My notary services are especially focused on real estate-related needs, including escrow documents, title documents, and real estate transactions. Through my role with Kachemak Bay Title, I understand how important accuracy, clear communication, and dependable service are when documents are part of a larger transaction.

I’m also available for general notary public and retail notary needs. Whether you are handling paperwork for a property matter or need routine notarization support, I aim to make the process straightforward, organized, and respectful of your time.
