My name is Lisa Tate, owner of LT's Mobile Notary Services, and I am a seasoned mobile notary signing agent based in Murrieta, CA. I have been commissioned in California for over 20 years (CA Notary Commission #2398415, exp. 04/16/2026) and am listed in the National Fidelity Notary Database. I am certified by the National Notary Association, highly ranked with both the NNA and Snapdocs, and certified to complete In-Person Electronic Notarizations.

I handle a wide range of loan signings, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, VA and FHA loans, as well as documents such as grant deeds, quitclaim deeds, powers of attorney, trusts and certifications of trust, medical directives, bills of sale, car titles, business forms and contracts, legal and financial affidavits, living trusts, and parental consent to travel. I accept e-docs, use a dual-tray laser printer with scan capabilities, maintain E&O coverage of $100,000, and support fax, email, and mobile hotspot for efficient document handling.

In addition, I am certified by the Department of Justice and FBI to provide mobile fingerprinting services using FD-258 ink fingerprint cards for purposes such as personal background checks, attorneys, teaching abroad, traveling nurses, financial sector (SEC/FINRA), visas and immigration, SF-87 federal employment, tax preparers, and daycare employees. I also offer hospital and jail signings, wedding services, and travel to several cities throughout Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties.
