Hello, I’m Lucille J Frost, a Florida-licensed mobile notary public based in Beverly Hills, FL. I bring approximately 36 years of notary experience, beginning in Massachusetts from 1978 to 1996 and continuing in Florida since 1997.

My professional background is rooted in the banking and legal fields, and I strive to be detail oriented, reliable, and punctual. I use a notary journal and have completed a background check through USA Special Services in 2017. I also passed an exam on the TRID changes in September 2015.

I am a Life Member of the American Society of Notaries and a Certified Loan Closer through the American Society of Notaries. In addition to notary work, I previously served as a Justice of the Peace in Massachusetts and have performed over 200 marriage ceremonies.
