Lynette Gaustad

I’m Lynette Gaustad, an associate broker with Andrew Yaggie Real Estate in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, serving clients in Fergus Falls, Perham, and the surrounding area. My public profile lists notary as a specialty, and I bring that capability together with practical real estate experience to support clients who need help with important documents and transactions.

I work with real estate documents and provide buyer and listing agent services, helping people navigate property needs with professionalism and care. My background also includes retail, which supports my approachable, service-focused way of working with clients.

Whether I’m assisting with notary-related needs or supporting a real estate purchase or listing, I aim to be friendly, detail-minded, and dependable throughout the process.
