Mariah Michaels

I'm Mariah Michaels, a Notary Public serving Parma Heights, Ohio, and surrounding communities. With over 30 years in the real estate industry, I bring extensive experience to notarization services, including completing over 1,500 real estate closings and handling numerous auto titles. My background includes real estate school and six years as an Escrow Officer.

I offer mobile notary services and travel to nearby suburbs in Ohio, such as Parma, Middleburg Heights, Independence, Seven Hills, Brookpark, and Strongsville. My fees are based on travel time, number of signers, pages, and delivery preferences, with a minimum of $80. I'm available from 11 AM until one hour before sundown, meeting in public places, and require immediate payment upon completion.
