Marilyn Conlin

My name is Marilyn Conlin, and I am a commissioned Arizona Notary Public based in Sun City, Arizona. I first became a notary in the late 1980s while supporting my eldest daughter’s title company, Stewart Title, and I’ve been committed to professional, accurate notarization ever since. I am also a licensed Arizona Realtor, serving clients in real estate since 2003.

With a 10-year background in medical services for the state of Arizona, I take confidentiality extremely seriously and handle every document with care and discretion. I maintain ongoing education to stay current with Arizona notary laws and best practices, and I carry a portable scanner so I can sign and send documents promptly when needed.
