I’m Mark Butler, a volunteer notary public with Wings Homeless Advocacy in Felton, CA. Through Wings’ Vital Docs Program, I help clients who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness access free notary support connected to vital document needs.

My work focuses on practical assistance that can help people move forward with essential records and identification. This includes notarized birth-certificate applications, birth certificate assistance, and support with ID and other vital document processes. I also help clients with forms as part of Wings’ community-based services.

I approach each appointment with respect, patience, and care, understanding that obtaining documents can be an important step toward housing, services, employment, and stability. I’m proud to support Wings’ mission by providing reliable volunteer notary services for people who need them most.
