Marti Shelton

I’m Marti Shelton, owner of The Nautical Notary, a Mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent serving Long Beach, CA and surrounding areas. I provide professional, friendly notary support with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to help make important signings more convenient.

I assist with a range of notarization needs, including loan signing appointments, escrow and title documents, legal document signings, powers of attorney, living trusts, estate planning documents, and appointments at hospitals and nursing homes. Whether you need help completing a real estate signing or arranging mobile notary service for a personal or family document, I focus on being punctual, prepared, and attentive to detail.

My goal is to make each appointment clear, comfortable, and efficient while serving clients throughout Long Beach and nearby communities.
