Marvin G Marcellus

My name is Marvin G. Marcellus, a professional signing agent with The Trusted Notary, Inc., proudly serving clients in Philadelphia, PA. I am commissioned and insured, carrying $1,000,000 in E&O insurance and $1,000,000 in general liability coverage, so you can rely on a secure and compliant signing experience every time.

I specialize in expertly closing a wide range of real estate and financial documents, including purchase, refinance, seller packages, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. I am also experienced with Power of Attorney documents, wills, and annuity settlement signings. I am known for my attention to detail and do not miss signatures, dates, or initials, helping to prevent funding delays and document rejections.

I speak Haitian Creole and am happy to assist clients who prefer to communicate in that language. When dependability and professionalism are your priority, I look forward to being your preferred notary partner.
