I am a CERTIFIED NNA Notary Signing Agent, background screened, bonded and E & O insured. I have been a Notary in Nevada for the past 12 years and currently a Notary in Utah. I have handled everything for loan docs, grant sale deeds, trusts, certifying original documents,refinances, etc. I have completed signings at nursing homes, jails, offices, and court houses. I have completed signing for attorney in fact, with witnesses, and separte signing for divorced couples. I am registered with all the major Title and Escrow companies in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah currently. My E and O insurance exceeds the current Nevada and Utah requirements. I am continuing to take classes to keep up with the real estate and Notary laws, regulations, and changes. She also has over 14 years of Real Estate experience in the ever changing Utah market.
