My name is Melissa Dominguez, and I am a Certified and trained Mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent based in Oxnard, CA. Commissioned in California (Commission #2507377, exp. 01/16/2029), I focus on providing professional, accurate, and efficient notary services with strong communication, thorough follow-up, and attention to detail.

With prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Notary Public, I am familiar with a wide range of loan and real estate documents, including refinances, VA loans, HELOCs, purchases, seller packages, HECM and other reverse mortgages, loan modifications, debt consolidations, PCORs, RTCs, and trust certifications.
