Melissa McNeil-Ashcraft

My name is Melissa McNeil-Ashcraft, owner of Busy Bee Mobile Notary, and a commissioned Texas Notary Public based in Katy, TX. I proudly serve Katy, Cypress, West Houston, and the surrounding areas of Harris, Fort Bend, and Waller counties. I am an NNA and LSS Certified Notary Signing Agent, fully bonded in Texas and E&O insured for $1,000,000.

Flawless execution of loan signings is my top priority. With a keen eye for detail, I carefully review and triple-check documents so your closings are accurate, professional, and promptly dropped for shipping. Trained through the Texas Notary Training Forum, I understand the urgency and flexibility each appointment requires, whether at a home, office, hospital, or other location.

With more than 22 years in customer service, I focus on clear communication, reliability, and a smooth signing experience. As a mobile notary, I offer 24-hour service, carry a mobile scanner and laser printer, and support e-signings to help keep your transactions on track.
