Hello, I’m Melissa Neumann, an Oregon Notary Public based in Canby, OR. I am NNA Certified and background screened, a certified Notary Signing Agent, and insured. With 20 years of experience in the financial industry, I bring a knowledgeable, professional approach to every appointment.

I am very familiar with mortgage lender documents, reverse mortgage documents, estate planning documents, elder care needs, business forms and contracts, and personal or family documents. I offer mobile notary service, personal appearance appointments, scanbacks, legal size paper printing, English-language service, and 24/7 availability when scheduling allows.

I serve clients across Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Lane, and Wasco counties. Travel fees may be higher for Lane and Wasco counties. I look forward to providing friendly, dependable notary support and building strong professional relationships.
