My name is Michael Murtey, and I am a commissioned Arizona Notary Public (Commission #598410, exp. 01/19/2025) and experienced signing agent based in Phoenix, AZ. With over 15 years in the mortgage industry as a mortgage broker and closer, I bring extensive knowledge of loan documents and closing procedures to every signing I handle.

I am certified with the NNA, LSS, and Snapdocs, and I serve Phoenix and surrounding cities within approximately a 100-mile radius. I can pick up documents directly from title and return them within hours, or efficiently handle e-docs using my dual-tray laser printer to ensure correct paper sizes for all loan packages.
