My name is Michael Tippit, and I am a commissioned Florida Notary and NNA Certified NSA based in Saint Augustine, FL. I am GLBA background screened, Fidelity approved, and have completed both Real Estate Sales Agent and Mortgage Broker training at the Florida Real Estate Institute. I am also a licensed (inactive) Florida real estate agent, which gives me a strong understanding of the entire real estate and lending process.

I bring more than 30 years of experience as a Project Administrator for civil engineering firms, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Johns River State College.
