My name is Michelle Prendergast, and I am a Pennsylvania commissioned notary based in Philadelphia, PA (commission valid through 2027). I bring many years of notary experience along with over 25 years as a real estate legal assistant, working in all aspects of real estate for both a real estate attorney and a title company.

With two homes in Pennsylvania, I am able to cover a wide range of counties for in-person notary services. I maintain both a home computer and a laptop with full print and scan capabilities, and I am comfortable working with various document platforms to download and prepare your files.
