My name is Mohsen Keriakous, and I am a commissioned Notary Public and certified signing agent based in Menifee, California (CA Notary #2349466, exp. 03/01/2025). Since March 1, 2021, I have provided reliable, detail-oriented notary services for clients throughout the community, handling a wide range of documents including refinance, seller, purchase, and reverse mortgage packages, as well as acknowledgements, affidavits, jurats, and more.

I am certified through both the NNA Signing Agent program and the Loan Signing System, have passed a background check, and carry $100,000 in E&O insurance. To better serve my clients, I offer flexible, 24-hour mobile service and can accommodate hospital and jail signings when needed.
