Monica Palomino de Ramirez

I'm Monica Palomino de Ramirez, a California-commissioned notary public serving Visalia, CA and surrounding areas up to 60 miles, with extended travel for rush requests. My approach combines a servant-heart attitude with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring error-free signings that make you look great on every file.

I specialize in clear, calm bilingual (Spanish/English) borrower walkthroughs and offer flexible, reliable service including nights, weekends, and last-minute appointments. Key capabilities include:

• Mobile-ready setup with dual-tray printing and on-the-go scanning for immediate scanbacks
• Expert handling of SI, Trust Certificates, and NRTC dates
• FedEx-obsessed same-day shipment with guaranteed drop times

Certified through LSS & NNA, I prioritize accuracy in stamps, dates, initials, and POA procedures while maintaining reasonable fees with standard signing service ranges.
