Natalie E. Thurston

My name is Natalie E. Thurston, and I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent and Louisiana Notary Public (Commission #147700) based in Calhoun, LA. Through Thurston Notary Service, I have completed over 300 signings across multiple platforms, handling a wide range of real estate and loan documents with accuracy and care.

I am experienced with VA applications and closings, HELOCs, buyer and seller packages, refinances, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and more. I take pride in delivering a professional signing experience, exceptional customer service, and timely, error-free documents for every client.

I offer a flexible schedule, including last-minute, late-night, and 24-hour service when needed. I am equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure fax/email capabilities, and I am comfortable managing complex or large document packages, as well as signings that require travel, hospital visits, jail signings, fingerprinting, weddings, and e-sign appointments.
