Neal Runbaken of Alpha Mobile Notary Services is a New Jersey licensed Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent based in Monroe Township, NJ. After retiring as an emergency response specialist for NYCTA, I brought the same maturity, thoroughness, and professionalism to my notary work.
