My name is Nicki R. Walsh, and I am a commissioned California Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent based in Mission Viejo, CA. I am NNA Certified and Background Checked, as well as Fidelity Approved, giving my clients and partners added confidence in every signing I complete.

Through my company, SignEase Mobile Notary, I handle a wide range of loan and general notary work, including re-finances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, and buyer/seller packages. I also have experience with trust administration and most forms of general notary assignments.
