Nikia Yusuf

My name is Nikia Yusuf, and I am a New York State commissioned Notary Public based in New York, NY. As the owner of Prosperity & Excellence LLC., I bring over a decade of tax and accounting experience and more than five years in retail banking and finance, with a focus on loan closings and credit analysis.

Previously, I served as a supervisor at Commerce Bank NA, where I oversaw and participated in numerous loan closings. This background gives me a strong understanding of financial and real estate documents, allowing me to handle complex signings with confidence and accuracy. Although my current notary commission is relatively recent, my supporting experience in related fields spans many years.

I am known for being thorough, detail-oriented, and highly professional. As a mobile notary, I offer flexible services designed to make the notarization process convenient, efficient, and reliable for every client.
