I’m Nova A. Fisher, owner of Fisher Notary Signing Services, LLC (FNSS), based in Lewisville, Texas and proudly serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area and regions of Oklahoma. As a commissioned Texas notary and experienced real estate and tactical signing agent, I bring over 20 years of mortgage loan and finance industry experience to every signing.

FNSS is known locally for reliability, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. Coming from a family of military service members, both veterans and active duty, I apply a “Crawl–Walk–Run” military theory to my business model—focusing on thorough preparation, steady execution, and continuous improvement for each client and transaction.

I’m committed to serving my community with integrity and respect. In that spirit, FNSS proudly provides free notarizations to local churches and VFW Posts/Veterans of Foreign Wars as a small way to give back to those who serve and support others.
