Patrice 'Miki' Goodger

I’m Patrice “Miki” Goodger, a MIDCITI Realty agent serving clients in New Braunfels, TX. Notary work is one of my listed specialties, and I bring a real estate-focused perspective to documents that often require careful attention, clear communication, and a steady process.

I assist with notary services connected to real estate documents, buyer and seller services, and retail-related needs. My background with MIDCITI Realty helps me understand the importance of organized paperwork and professional support during time-sensitive transactions.

I aim to make each appointment straightforward and comfortable, whether you are preparing documents for a property transaction or need general notary assistance. Clients can expect a friendly, practical approach and attention to detail from start to finish.
