I’m Patricia Foster, a commissioned Rhode Island Notary Public serving Kingston, RI, on the University of Rhode Island Kingston campus. Through the University of Rhode Island Office of General Counsel, I provide campus notary service for members of the URI community, with URI noting that these services are available to the URI community at no charge.

I assist with general notarial acts in a professional, friendly, and careful manner. My role is to help verify identity, witness signatures when appropriate, and support documents that require notarization, including matters connected with campus needs and retail-related paperwork. I aim to make each notary visit straightforward, respectful, and efficient while following Rhode Island notary requirements.
