Patricia Mae Busby

My name is Patricia Mae Busby, and I am a seasoned Colorado Notary and Notary Signing Agent based in Eckert, CO. For nearly 10 years, I have completed over 10,000 notarizations and closed more than 4,000 real estate transactions across Western Colorado, primarily serving Delta, Montrose, and Mesa Counties, as well as many surrounding areas.

I hold both a BBA and an MBA in Business and Human Resource Management and bring over 20 years of business experience to every signing. This background allows me to maintain a high level of professionalism while clearly and calmly guiding signers through their documents. I provide general explanations, highlight key information, and organize payment details and critical pages so clients feel confident and informed.

NNA-certified and trained, I have extensive experience with refinances, purchases, sales, commercial and construction loans (including one-time close and jumbo), home equity loans, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, quit claim deeds, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and more. I carry a $1 million E&O policy with Hiscox and am committed to ensuring every client leaves the closing table with a positive experience.
