Paul Goldstein

My name is Paul Goldstein, and I am a commissioned Maryland notary based in Monrovia, MD, serving Montgomery, Frederick, Carroll, Howard, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett counties. I hold a Title Producer License (TPL) and bring 17 years of experience as a Realtor, which gives me a strong understanding of real estate transactions from contract to closing.

I am very familiar with all documents typically found in a settlement package and can clearly explain what each document is and what it means to borrowers—without discussing the specific loan terms and conditions negotiated with their loan officer. This approach helps put borrowers at ease and keeps the signing process efficient and professional for everyone involved. I am also highly experienced with reverse mortgage signings and am BOA and Landsafe approved.
