Paula Yakey

I’m Paula Yakey, a Virginia electronic notary public based in Bristol, VA. Through Assurance Mortgage Solutions, I offer professional notary support with a focus on convenient remote services and real estate-related transactions.

My work includes remote online notarization, remote online closing notarizations, loan signings, mortgage documents, and real estate closings. I understand the importance of accuracy, clear communication, and a steady process when handling documents connected to a home purchase, refinance, or other mortgage transaction.

I provide friendly, detail-oriented service for clients who need a reliable notary experience without unnecessary complications. Whether you are completing documents remotely or coordinating a real estate closing, I aim to make the notarization process efficient, professional, and easy to navigate from start to finish.
