Ponice Raglin Cruse

My name is Ponice Raglin Cruse, and I am a mobile Notary Signing Agent and financial accountant based in Lexington, Kentucky. As the owner of Cruse Notary Services LLC, I bring over 25 years of experience notarizing documents across the financial, manufacturing, and retail sectors. I am commissioned in Kentucky through June 2026 and also hold an MBA, which supports my attention to detail and understanding of complex financial transactions.

I handle a wide range of notarial needs, including both general and real estate signings. My experience includes:

• Car titles, affidavits, and manufactured home buyer/seller documents
• Reverse mortgages, HELOCs, refinances, and single-loan packages
• Buyer and seller signings (including firsts only), commercial transactions, and apostille-related documents

I travel to you as a mobile notary to provide professional, accurate, and convenient service for your important documents.
