Race P. Vanderdecken

I’m Race P. Vanderdecken, a Hendersonville, NC-based notary public and loan signing agent with Vanderdecken Consulting. I serve clients throughout Henderson County, Transylvania County, and parts of southern Buncombe County with professional, friendly, and dependable notarial support.

I assist with a range of important documents and appointments, including loan signings, real estate closings, titles and wills, and notarizations for clients in hospice or care facility settings. I understand that many notarizations happen during time-sensitive or personal moments, so I focus on being prepared, respectful, and clear throughout the process.

Whether you need help with real estate paperwork, estate-related documents, or a signing appointment in a care setting, I provide attentive service tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and professionals in the Hendersonville area.
