Rafaela Asencio

I am Rafaela Asencio, founder of Savia Signings in Amarillo, Texas. I am a Texas commissioned notary, with my commission valid through April 7, 2030, and an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent.

My background includes a B.A. in Criminal Investigation, ongoing Paralegal Professional Certificate training, and hands-on experience managing complex legal documents in a fast-paced law firm setting. I bring a strong focus on protocol compliance, fraud prevention, identity verification, and careful document review to every appointment.

I assist with general notarizations, loan closing packages, real estate transactions, hospital signings, mobile appointments, remote services, and e-sign needs. I also offer Spanish-language support and come prepared with tools such as email, internet access, fax, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot.

I approach each signing with professionalism, punctuality, confidentiality, and a calm, friendly manner.
