Rebecca A Lavery

Rebecca A Lavery here, serving the public through the Town of Scriba Town Clerk office in Oswego, NY. My office provides notary services for residents and members of the public in a professional, welcoming setting.

In addition to notary assistance, I support a range of Town Clerk services, including vital records, marriage records, and FOIL requests. I understand that many documents and records are time-sensitive or personal, so I aim to provide clear guidance, careful attention, and respectful service throughout each visit.

Whether you need a notarization or help with clerk-related records, I am glad to assist with the services available through the Town Clerk’s office.
