My name is Rebecca Jo Lampton, and I am the owner of Midland Golf Notary Service, proudly serving clients in and around Grand Junction, Colorado. I have been a commissioned Colorado notary since 2006 and am available 24/7 to accommodate your scheduling needs.

I bring extensive experience with a wide range of real estate and loan documents, including RESPA, reverse mortgages, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd mortgages, HELOCs, loan assumptions, purchase and sale transactions, loan modifications, and refinances. I also handle commercial purchase, sale, and refinance signings with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
