I am Renae M Salerno, a New York State Notary based in Schenectady, NY. Through Renae Mobile Signing, I provide professional notary and signing support with a strong background in title, escrow, real estate, and paralegal services.

My experience includes serving as an account manager with Stewart Title Company, a title representative and signing agent with Liberty Title and Escrow Services, a real estate closer with Kelleher Herkenham, LLC, and a title assistant with Kapital Title and Abstract Services. I have also worked as a broker, owner, and co-principal in real estate, as well as in paralegal services with The Lyda Law Firm.

I assist with loan signings, debt settlement signings, scanbacks, and mobile notary services. I work in English and bring a detail-focused, friendly, and professional approach to every appointment.
