Riccardo (Rick A.) Elina

I’m Riccardo (Rick A.) Elina, a civil law notary serving Pineville, LA and the Central Louisiana area through Mobile X pressNotary. I offer both mobile and in-office notary services, making it easier for clients to handle important documents in a setting that works for them.

I assist with a range of common notarial needs, including affidavits, auto title transfers, powers of attorney, real estate documents, and wills and trusts. I also provide retail notary support for individuals and businesses that need dependable, professional service.

My goal is to make each appointment straightforward, respectful, and efficient while helping clients move through their paperwork with confidence.
