Roberta Thuman

Hello, I’m Roberta Thuman, Public Information Officer for the Town of Nags Head in Nags Head, North Carolina. I help residents, property owners, and visitors connect with town hall notary services in a professional and friendly setting.

My notary-related support includes assistance with town hall notary services and questions involving beach nourishment easement notarization. Official town information identifies Nags Head Town Hall as a location where notaries public are available, and I am listed as the contact for beach nourishment easement notarization questions.

I aim to make the process clear, organized, and approachable for anyone working with the Town of Nags Head on documents that require notarization support.
