I’m Rosalyn Smith, owner of Emerald Verification Services, LLC dba EVS Notary, a mobile certified Loan Signing Agent based in Florissant, Missouri and commissioned as a Missouri Notary Public (Commission #07425892, exp. 10/24/2029). Originally commissioned in 1998, I spent six years as an in-house notary for a major corporation and relaunched my notary business in 2021. I specialize in real estate and estate planning documents, including powers of attorney, wills, and trusts, and also provide apostille facilitation, courier services, and hospital signings. My goal is to ensure every document is accurate, properly executed, and handled with care.

With over 25 years as a Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP), I am also an experienced Authorized Representative for Form I-9/employment verification. I use secure technology, a mobile hotspot, and a dual-tray laser printer to support efficient, reliable signings.
