Rosario Leon Beury

My name is Rosario Leon Beury, and I am a commissioned Notary Signing Agent based in Jacksonville, Florida. After more than a decade as a notary and a career as a teacher, I now work full time as an NSA, bringing patience, clarity, and attention to detail to every signing. I am available during regular business hours for mortgage closings and a wide range of general notary work, and I do my best to accommodate after-hours requests when possible.

I offer mobile services throughout the Jacksonville area and can assist clients in both English and Spanish. My experience includes:

• Mortgage closings and real estate documents
• Powers of attorney, legal and financial affidavits
• Business forms, contracts, bills of sale, and car titles
• Parental consent for travel and other family-related documents

I am committed to providing professional, accurate, and friendly service tailored to your specific notary needs.
