Roza Khachikyan

Hello, I’m Roza Khachikyan, a notary public based in Burbank, CA. I provide professional notary services with a friendly, detail-oriented approach, and I am also an NNA certified signing agent experienced with loan signing appointments. My background as a real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Town Center gives me a strong understanding of real estate documents, client service, and the importance of accuracy throughout every signing.

I am bilingual in English and Armenian, which allows me to assist a wider range of clients with clear communication and care. I can help with general notary needs, loan signings, and retail notary requests while maintaining a professional and organized process. My goal is to make each appointment efficient, comfortable, and handled with attention to detail.
