Russell Rosen

I am a full-time Ohio notary based in Massillon with over 40 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. My background includes work as a real estate broker, auctioneer, financial planner, and educator, and I have maintained a spotless record with no regulatory issues or lawsuits throughout my career. I received my original notary appointment in 1977 while working as a registered representative with a NYSE member broker-dealer.

Today, my wife Toni and I operate as Planright Mobile Notaries, Inc., serving 12 counties across Northeast Ohio and traveling beyond this area when needed. We have completed assignments for more than 70 title companies and signing services in the current fiscal year alone, consistently delivering accurate, timely, and confidential signings.
