Ruth Kennedy

I’m Ruth Kennedy with Paladin Notary, a mobile notary and signing agent based in Aliquippa, PA. I provide convenient notary support for clients across Butler, Lawrence, Beaver, Allegheny, and Washington counties, with a focus on being professional, prepared, and easy to work with.

I assist with a range of signing needs, including loan signings, refinances, purchases, reverse mortgages, and auto loan signings. Whether you need mobile service at a preferred location or support in a retail setting, I aim to make each appointment clear, organized, and efficient.

My goal is to help signers feel comfortable throughout the process while carefully handling the details required for important documents.
