Sally Pepper

My name is Sally Pepper, and I am a New York State commissioned Notary Public based in Bolton Landing, NY. I have been a notary since 1980 and bring decades of experience to every signing I handle. In addition, I am a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, which gives me a strong understanding of real estate transactions and related documents.

Since 2004, I have completed more than 2,000 signings, including purchase loans, reverse mortgages and applications, CEMA transactions, car loans, and time share documents. I am detail-oriented, patient, and committed to ensuring that every signing is accurate, efficient, and clearly explained.

I take pride in providing professional, reliable notary services and in helping borrowers and clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the signing process.
