Sanita Salter

I am Sanita Salter, a commissioned Washington State Notary Public based in Renton, Washington, and the owner of Puget Sound Notary and Signing. I provide professional mobile notary services throughout the Puget Sound region with a focus on accuracy, discretion, and clear communication.

I assist individuals, families, and professionals with documents such as living trusts, powers of attorney, legal and financial affidavits, business forms and contracts, bill of sale or car title paperwork, parental consent for travel, and real estate or lender-related notarizations when applicable. I also support apostille-bound documents by ensuring notarizations are completed properly for submission through the Washington Secretary of State.

My appointments can take place at homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, or other agreed-upon locations, including 24/7 availability when scheduling permits. My Washington commission is active through November 6, 2028. I do not provide legal advice or draft documents.
