Sarena Czarnecki

I’m Sarena Czarnecki, a Florida notary based in Largo and the owner of Beach To Bay Signings, LLC. I am licensed in Florida through 6/14/2028 and serve clients throughout the Clearwater and Tampa Bay area.

With more than 25 years of experience at the closing table and over 1,000 closings completed, I bring a calm, detail-oriented approach to every appointment. I am a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent with a complete NNA background check, and I work to make sure signers feel confident and agents can rely on professional handling from start to finish.

My services include general notarization, loan signings, e-sign support, hospital signings, jail signings, weddings, abstractor services, fax, email, internet access, laser printing, and 24-hour availability. I am available 7 days a week and return documents the same day whenever possible.
