SHANNON HOBBS

My name is Shannon Hobbs, owner of Signed, Sealed, Delivered by Shannon, and I am an NNA Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agent based in Fort Worth, Texas. I hold a Texas notary commission (ID 129436396, exp. 05/29/2029) and carry $100K in E&O insurance.

Over the past twenty-one years, I have successfully closed more than 50,000 loans of all types. Title and escrow companies, direct lenders, attorneys, and signing services nationwide rely on me for professional, accurate, and reliable signings. I also have access to law office and title company conference rooms for Texas cash-out refinances, and I am pleased to both certify and package lender documents for local title and escrow companies.
